Polyester strings

Polyester strings are highly durable, withstanding heavy hitting and offering a longer string life. They provide excellent control due to their lower elasticity, allowing you to be more precise with your shots. Furthermore, they have excellent spin potential, providing players with even more control and increased shot versatility. Being very stiff they may not suit anyone with arm issues.

Multi-filaments

Being the softest and most powerful strings out there, natural gut strings are sought after and offer exceptional feel and comfort. However, as modern string technology has developed, most players looking to get that soft, pliant feel from a set of strings will opt for multifilament instead.The reason for this is that for one, multifilament strings are a lot less expensive than natural gut strings! They are also a lot better at maintaining their tension for longer, so you will have a good performing string throughout its lifespan if you use multifilament.

Natural gut

If price and durability were no object then most players would undoubtedly choose natural gut. The feeling when you hit a tennis ball with natural gut strings is like nothing else. And we are speaking from personal experience. When you hit the ball it feels like the string is caressing the ball allowing you to do whatever you want with the shot. Placement seems effortless and generating controlled spin is easy. The challenge with natural gut is that they are expensive and they wear out quickly
